I follow Franci on Instagram and have been so impressed with what she is doing. She lives in Bali and spends her whole life rescuing dogs. She single-handedly feeds, sterilises and rehomes stray dogs on the island. She has saved thousands of dogs! She is an amazing woman and deserves a SuperDog Campaigner Award.
