Poppy is my rescue Rottie who, when I had an operation to remove a massive brain tumour, was my very own hero. She helped me get up as I temporarily lost all movement in my left side. She slept with me with her head on my pillow and would follow my every move.
The love, care and gentleness showed by her was something special and she kept me going when things were really tough. She really is my hero. 💖💖
