Hugo deserves this award because he is my life and without him I wouldn’t live. He is my assistance dog. I suffer with mental health and I can’t go out with him by my side. I need he him as much as he needs me. He is loving and loyal and just the best dog and best friend anyone could ask for. He is one in a million, he so happy all the time. There is never a dull moment with him by my side. Everyone always thinks he is a puppy and cute and all he wants from everyone is to be stroked. He loves everybody 🐶 ❤️
