My dog Mishka has been working for the last 6 years as a therapy dog with Sled Dogs As Therapy UK.
She has helped so many people and children. She has worked in mental health, care homes, schools and with Help for Heroes.
She is an old girl now. She is 11 and half years old but still loves meeting people.
Many smiles and tears are owed to her because she was tender, many people have found it easier to express themselves because she helped their confidence and was there when they had no one. Many children have found it easier to connect because she was gentle.
She is a truly special therapy dog. I would love to honour her in her twilight years, and thank her for her service to others.
