PD Dexter
PD Dexter is a lovable labrador who was sacked from his drug sniffer job because he was “too sociable”. He used to be part of the Metropolitan Police’s anti-drug squad but after failing their training programme they found him a new role as a “wellbeing dog”. Now, he helps officers relax following tough assignments and has been visiting hospitals to offer NHS staff a well-being break during the pandemic.
