SuperDog Rhea is literally my lifesaver. She is my owner-trained Assistance and Medical Alert Dog. I am wheelchair dependent and she helps with many tasks such as picking things up that I drop, turning on light switches and pushing down the footrests on my wheelchair. Most importantly, she lets me know if my cortisol level drops as I have Adrenal Insufficiency and low cortisol can lead to coma and death if not treated quickly. On top of this, she is my constant companion and friend. This is why I am nominating my dog Rhea for a SuperDog Carer Award.
