I am a serving soldier in the British Army and I struggle with my mental health. Having had help, I now self-help and I managed to come across Kolt who knows just how to help me when Iām alone and at a low point. He has been a great companion and we have so many adventures together. He just makes me feel normal and calm and happy. I’m nominating him for a Superdog Companion Award because he is just the most loving affectionate best friend I could have asked for.
