My 33 year old partner had a stroke in January 2021, in the middle of lockdown and it’s been a very challenging time. Boy only because of recovery but because we’ve had little support in terms of friend and family due to the pandemic.
Hugo is usually a very active dog who doesn’t sit still unless he’s tired, however since the stroke he has been the most cuddly, loving dog and it felt like he knew we both just needed extra cuddles during this hard time.
